1. No Currency Zone for Server
Issue:
Your server doesn't have a currency zone set up, preventing users from earning or spending virtual currency.
Solution:
Ensure that you've created a currency zone for your server. Follow the Getting Started guide to set up currency zones properly.
2. Users Not Receiving Payments
Issue:
Users are not receiving payments from the bot.
Possible Reasons:
- Users have not signed up to the bot.
- There might be a delay in processing payments.
Solution:
- User Registration: All users must sign up with the bot to receive payments. Ensure that users have completed the registration process by following the Complete Commands Guide.
- Processing Time: Payments can take anywhere from 1-2 minutes to process. If payments are not received after this period, please contact an admin for further assistance.
3. Shops Not Appearing
Issue:
Shops are not appearing on your server, preventing users from making purchases.
Solution:
Verify that shops have been correctly set up in your server settings. Follow the Customizing Server Settings tutorial to ensure that all shop configurations are properly applied.
